👋 Hello, I’m Rachel

Accessibility-Focused UX/UI Designer

📕 Along with UX/UI, I built a diverse creative foundation through digital design, fine art photography, graphic design, and classical art. I’ve collaborated with teams of every size — from small, grassroots groups to large corporate environments — and I bring that flexibility to every project I take on.

📷 My years as a photographer and artist shaped how I see the world: I design with emotion, balance, and a deep respect for human connection. Living with ADHD and Dyslexia has also sharpened my empathy for diverse experiences, fueling my commitment to universal design and accessibility in everything I do. In 2021, I pivoted from photography to UX/UI to better combine my creativity with my love for problem-solving — helping people through design that truly works for them.

🎨 When I’m not designing, I’m usually creating something by hand — painting, sewing, cooking, or baking. I also teach fine art to 60 young students (ages 7–16) each week, which constantly inspires my sense of curiosity and play. I’m a big fan of lighthearted comedies like 30 Rock, Community, and The Office. My favorite time to watch TV is while folding laundry or doing the dishes — otherwise, it’s books all the way!
